We understand that even with over 200 medical, fire, police and emergency embroidered patches in stock, that sometimes you just want something unique. We can take your group's design and create an embroidered patch for your gear,
jackets, ball caps, backpacks, or our famous vests and other emergency apparel. The price includes 100 patches up to 3" by 3" for the base price shown above but does not have to be round as shown.

You must send us camera ready digital artwork with no more than 8 colors. We may ask for PMS colors to help us match the threads and background of your design. (Note: thread dies are not exact matches for PMS printing, we will get as close as we can) Should you need help with the artwork (for instance, you only have a picture off your website or just a sketch ) we can have our artists, clean up or create something you will be proud of.. We can make your patch in other sizes. Of course the more you buy the more you save.
Production takes an average of 3-4 weeks from approved artwork.
